Ingredients:
- 1 kg. Tuna or white cavalla
- Onion
- Tomato
- Ginger
- Chili Pepper
- Lemongrass
- Patola
- Aromatic Pungent herb
- Green leafy vegetable
- Okra
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel the ginger, onion, patola,
- Cut the onion, chili pepper, okra, green leafy vegetable and patola into desired size
- Pound the ginger and the lemon grass
- Place the fish into the pot and all spices.
- Squeeze the cut tomato with hand
- Pour 1 liter of clean water to the pot
- Add salt
- Put the pot on fire until it boil
- Let it boil for 10 minutes then put the patola and green leafy vegetable
- Allow it to boil for another 3 minutes
